Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND WHAT IT IS FOR. We get many packages coming in and out, if you do not leave a note, we have no way to identify what it is and you will not receive a refund or exchange.
We also would recommend having tracking on the packages as we are not responsible for lost packages back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of any fault or issues within 30 days from receipt of the parcel, after this period we are unable to issue any refunds or substitute the products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as liquids.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital goods, sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Item exchanges are not possible. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please be aware that in the case in which a parcel is returned to us due to failed pickup from the courier, incorrect address, or any circumstance in which THE LASH OASIS LTD is not at fault, a restock fee of £2.5 will be deducted from the refund total for every liquid present in the parcel. Also please note that the delivery fee will not be refunded, in the case in which the order was above £65 and deliver was not charged, a fee of £3.99 will also be deducted from the refund (UK customers) or equivalent shipping cost for international orders.
Packages Not Picked Up
If the buyer does not accept or pick up a package we will not refund the full cost of shipping along with any additional charges for the return of the package to The Lash Oasis (not the price to the buyer).
In the case in which the order was above £65 and delivery was not charged, a fee of £3.99 will also be deducted from the refund (UK customers) or equivalent shipping cost for international orders.
