Shipping policy

 

We ship any order placed by 1 pm *UK time (Monday to Friday) the same day, any order made after the cut off time will be shipped the following working day. 🛍

You will receive an email or text from DHL once your parcel has been shipped. Please note that once your item has been dispatched we are not in control of any delays that might incur and shipping cost will not be refunded. If items are lost in transit, incorrect or damaged please contact support@lashoasis.co.uk with pictures and your order number so we can have it replaced and reshipped for you. 💕

Please note that Saturday* delivery is not guaranteed. No delivery method’s date is guaranteed, we abide by the 30 day delivery period as per  Consumer Rights Act 2015 section 3 subsection b.(https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2015/15/section/28/enacted)

** we reserve the right to dispatch the parcel the following working day in cases in which demand exceeds capacity. We are unable to offer compensation for this except in cases where Saturday delivery has been purchased, in such case the difference between 24h and Saturday delivery will be refunded.

Please note that if the receiver or someone else are not going to be home or at the premises to receive the parcel, the receiver must arrange for a redelivery or request for the parcel to be delivered at a nearby pick up shop through the DHL link received when the parcel was dispatched. We are not responsible for any lost parcels in cases in which the receiver (or someone instructed by the receiver) has amended the delivery to be left “in a safe space”, in such case the receiver takes full responsibility when amending the delivery from our standard signed for to any other option available that do not require a signature.
